Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician ensures apartment homes and property facilities are safe, clean, and in good working order, performing general maintenance and repairs, preparing units for move-in, and following a preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC repair, Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance repair work
• Ability to promptly respond to work orders and other communications (e.g: text, email)
• Ability to accommodate on-call schedule
• Proficiency in English
• EPA Certification is required
