Job Description
Flow Traders is seeking candidates for their 2026 Graduate Trader positions. The program begins with a 3-month training in Amsterdam, covering core business, financial products, trading processes, and quantitative skills. Graduates will then join an established trading desk, gradually taking on responsibilities and contributing to profitability.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably with a STEM background
- Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets
- Understanding of financial products
- Proficiency in Excel
