Cultivation Technician

Flow Distribution is looking for a dedicated Cultivation Technician for an immediate start. The Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting the Assistant Cultivation Manager in daily tasks that ensure the success of the plants.

Requirements

• Maintain the SOPs given forth by the Company and the Grow Team Manager.
• Perform tasks given accurately and efficiently.
• Moving, pruning, transplanting, defoliating, trellising, low stress training, watering/feeding and the topping of plants.
• Harvest plants in tandem with the post-harvest team on Harvest days.
• Cleaning and sanitizing of the cultivation areas and hallways leading to and from cultivation areas.
• Cleaning, sanitizing and the organization of all cultivation equipment.
• Cross training into Post Harvest
• Cleaning of the communal areas
• Monthly deep cleanings
• IPM applications
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development, as needed.
• Identify hazards, reports accidents, incidents, and near-miss situations through the proper channels and in a responsible manner so that they can be investigated, determined, and eliminated to prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain job-related confidentiality.
• Cooperate with, collaborate, and assist with cross-functional cultivation and production departments.
• Stay compliant with all legal and company regulations.
