Job Description
This position is a physical, labor-intensive cultivation job requiring a dedicated team member. The Cultivation Technician assists the Cultivation Supervisor in daily tasks such as clone maintenance, pruning, and harvest. The role demands a proactive and adaptable employee, capable of managing stressful situations and prioritizing teamwork.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Reliable transportation and valid Arizona state ID
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Cannabis industry experience preferred
- Able to push, pull, move, and/or lift at least 50 lbs.
- Legible penmanship
- Computer literate, able to work in Microsoft suite
- Good organizational and time management abilities
