FloSports is a world-class sports media company seeking a Spend Operations Manager to manage company spending, build scalable workflows, and lead a small team of contractors and part-time staff.
Requirements
- Operational ownership of Ramp, credit card programs, spend controls, and policy compliance
- Travel and vendor coordination, negotiation of cost-effective contracts, and ensuring well-documented processes
- Workflow and systems management, procurement workflows, and alignment between purchasing activity and finance/accounting
- Reporting and dashboards, spend analytics, and generation of reports
- Team management and training, part-time staff and contractors, onboarding and upskilling
- Process optimization, procurement and spend workflows, reduction of overhead and improvement of accountability
