Communication, Adjunct Faculty

Florida Gulf Coast University is seeking a Communication, Adjunct Faculty to teach Public and Effective Speaking classes and promote public speaking related events. The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Communication with experience in public speaking and teaching.

Requirements

• Master's Degree with at least 18 graduate hours in Communication
• Experience in public speaking as well as teaching the theory and craft of public speaking
• Ability to promote a common purpose and demonstrate a commitment to student and the learning environment
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow procedural and policy manuals
• Ability to respond to supervision and guidance
• Ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment for students
• Ability to present a professional image
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with others
