Design Consultant

The Design Consultant at Floor & Decor is responsible for engaging customers on the sales floor to support their design projects, conducting design appointments, and partnering with store leaders to maximize sales goals.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail/customer service experience
• High school diploma and or GED
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite
