Job Description
Flo is seeking a Data Science Lead to build and lead their Predictive Growth Optimization team, focusing on building and improving their pLTV system – a critical model used for UA, AdTech, personalization, and financial forecasting. The role involves team leadership, strategy execution, and machine learning development. Flo is a rapidly growing health app with a $200M valuation and 1200+ employees.
Requirements
- Lead and develop a team of 4+ ML engineers
