Business Intelligence Engineer and AI Automations

At Flinn, we’re redefining how medical device manufacturers create safer and better products 10x more efficiently worldwide. To ensure we make the right data driven decisions across the company, in all departments (product, design, sales, customer success, finance...), we are looking for someone to join our team. You will take ownership of our entire end to end BI Infrastructure and ensuring all teams in the company gain insights out of the data. Most of your time will be spend on BI but 10% to 30% will be building internal AI enabled Automations.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience managing ELT processes in SaaS companies.
• Experience as a data engineering or analytics role.
• You have previously worked as a BI Developer or comparable position.
• Expertise in SQL & DBT
• Experience in building visualizations and dashboards using BI tools (eg. Looker, Omni).
• Highly analytical, show self-initiative and can prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working with tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make.
• Programming experience and writing scripts in languages such as python/ JS.
• Deep experience with various AI tools.
