Job Description
We're hiring a Web Developer, Marketing to own the execution, technical health, and maintenance of FLiiP's marketing website. The role is responsible for front-end design integration, comprehensive back-end website management, and MarTech integrations. We need a developer who lives at the intersection of code and aesthetics, with a keen eye for design and experience with WordPress, Elementor, and PHP.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and managing WordPress websites
- Strong front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and deep expertise in Elementor and WordPress architecture
- Solid understanding of PHP to manage WordPress backend logic, customize themes, and troubleshoot server-side conflicts
- Experience with standard marketing tools and integrations (HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics)
- Strong grasp of website performance optimization (page speed, technical SEO basics, image optimization)
