Job Description
FlightSafety International is seeking a Maintenance Instructor to deliver exceptional instruction on ground and/or practical training for clients. The role involves conducting maintenance training, developing training materials, and evaluating trainee progress. The position requires maintaining instructor qualifications and adhering to stringent safety standards.
Requirements
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance safety standards and practices
- Knowledge of common FlightSafety standards and applicable aviation regulations
- First-level facilitation skills
- First-level customer service skills
- Ability to be coachable and receive feedback
- Physical stamina required for reaching, manipulating controls, moving the simulator, and lifting/moving loads.
