This position is crucial for ensuring a smooth and organized experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate communication between recruiters, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Initiate and track background checks, drug screens, and reference verifications.
• Draft and send offer letters based on recruiter and hiring manager input.
• Ensure accurate data maintenance in the ATS.
• Track and follow up on pending steps to avoid delays in the hiring process.
• Support onboarding documentation and transition of new hires to HR or operations teams.
• Assist in maintaining recruitment process checklists, trackers, and reports.
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts or system issues.
• Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working across time zones.
