Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support personnel deployment and production planning, monitor and optimize production processes, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Completed degree in process engineering or chemical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a shift foreman (m/w/d) in the chemical industry
- Organizational skills
- Very good communication skills
- High sense of safety and environmental awareness
- Self-motivation and change willingness
- English skills (advantage)
