Job Description
FlexAuto is a rapidly growing automotive leasing company focused on European mobility. They are seeking experienced Body Car Technicians to supervise body repair and painting activities for a fleet of vehicles, ensuring safety, aesthetics, and quality standards. The role involves assessment, welding, painting, and quality control.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a body car technician, hand fitter or similar role, preferably with at least 1 year of practical experience in the car body repair industry.
- Deep knowledge of vehicle chassis structures, materials and repair techniques, including welding and painting.
- Ability to accurately assess damage and effectively carry out repair solutions.
- Knowledge of Italian laws in car body repair and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
