Job Description
FlexCar is a rapidly growing car leasing company looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for teams in Greece and Cyprus, as well as overseeing benefits administration and HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing or HR operations
- Solid knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation
- Proven experience in gathering, verifying, and submitting payroll data to external providers
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll information
