Job Description

The Customer Care Associate role is central to providing excellent customer service by answering inbound calls, assisting with inquiries, and coordinating with both B2B and B2C clients. Requirements
- Recent graduate from a top tier University in Greece or abroad
- 1-2 years prior experience in a call center
