Stamping Manufacturing Supervisor

Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry. The Stamping Manufacturing Supervisor will set expectations for production, efficiency, safety, and quality, managing approximately 45 employees. Responsibilities include supervising employee activities, training direct labor associates, and ensuring production rates and quality requirements are met.

Requirements

• 3-5 years manufacturing or leadership background in metal stamping
• Working knowledge of Stamping, Dies and Presses
• Previous experience working in the automotive industry is preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
