Customer Service Professional-Couplings

Flender is hiring a Customer Services Professional for its team in Elgin, IL on a full-time basis. The role involves handling high-volume coupling business, communicating with customers, and coordinating with factories. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, intermediate knowledge of MS Office tools, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• Independently process purchase orders in SAP
• Manage the order process from end to end
• Communicate with customers on order and product-related topics
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with factories on lead times and expediting options
• Support quote process during peak times
• Triage the Couplings mailbox
• Coordinate internal processes related to the coupling business
• Initiate and supervise rush orders and expedite requests
