FleetPartners is seeking a seasoned DevOps leader to manage a team of engineers and architects. The role requires planning skills, ability to create and execute strategy, and strong knowledge of DevOps frameworks. The successful candidate will have extensive senior-level experience leading DevOps or software engineering functions and demonstrated experience overseeing and optimising CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Extensive senior-level experience leading DevOps or software engineering functions
- Demonstrated experience overseeing and optimising CI/CD pipelines, with strong expertise across On-Premises and Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.
- Passionate advocate for consistency, repeatability, and maintainability as core principles of delivery
- Strong drive to champion automation and eliminate manual processes across teams and platforms.
- Exceptional debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly desirable experience with Jira, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes, VMWare and Pure Storage
