The Auto Service Advisor works with customers to determine their vehicle needs and services requested, and provides excellent customer service experience.

Requirements

• Answer phones promptly and courteously
• Schedule service appointments for customers
• Promote and sell automotive products and services
• Develop service estimates
• Occasionally perform basic maintenance duties
• Assist customers with all questions and handle all customer issues
• Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program
• Ensure all services are completed with a high degree of quality
