Responsibility for the entire Guest Relation area, including support for the Front Office Team, contact person for guests and their requests, and participation in projects to improve guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Successful completed training in the higher hotel industry
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of Guest Relation / Concierge / Reception
- Very good language skills in German and at least good knowledge of English
- Safe handling of hotel software, ideally Protel, and the common MS Office products
- Team player with a sense of self-responsibility
