Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Payroll Specialist to support our Senior Vice President and team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience with payroll or employee administrative functions (timesheets, data entry, onboarding/offboarding, forms).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using general software applications and learning new systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Benefits
- Pay: $1500 - $2500 per month
- Hours: 40 hours a week
