Flagship Pioneering is seeking a driven scientist with both basic science and clinical medicine experience to explore transformative therapies. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and refining concepts through a hypothesis generation process, collaborating with experts, and presenting concepts to stakeholders. This is a collaborative role in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or DO or equivalent), PhD, or MD/PhD with research experience.
• Basic scientific training and/or recognized scientific expertise.
• Clinical experience and/or clinical development experience are advantageous.
• Willingness to consider unconventional approaches.
• Strong prioritization and adaptability skills.
