Flagship Pioneering is seeking an Operating Principal to build and scale a software/tech venture. The role involves validating hypotheses, shaping product direction, and launching initial traction, acting as a de facto Head of Operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact position requiring strong strategic and tactical leadership skills, combined with a deep understanding of the venture building process.
