Janitors 1st and 2nd shift

Janitors 1st and 2nd shift required to maintain optimum level of cleanliness in buildings and worksites. Must have good listening and verbal communication skills, maintain a neat appearance, and be punctual.

Requirements

• Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors
• Dusts and washes walls, ceilings and light fixtures
• Washes and replaces blinds
• Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment
• Removes stains from surfaces
• Performs incidental seasonal tasks
• Empty waste baskets and replace liners
• Dusts/cleans tops of office furniture
• Vacuums all carpeting
• Spot cleans soiled areas on carpets
• Cleans glass on lobby door
• Sweeps and mops tile areas
• Wipes/cleans all table tops and chairs
• Wipes/cleans vending machines and appliances
• Clean sink and counter areas
• Sweeps and mops tile floors
• Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals
• Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant
• Spot clean walls, partitions and doors
• Refill all restroom dispensers as needed
• Sweep and spot mop tile floors
• Complete damp mop tile floors
• Dust/clean cleared desks and surfaces of tables
• Clean overhead vents
• Dust blinds
• Polish wood furniture
• Dust high partitions and ledges
• Clean interior partition glass
