Job Description
Fivetran is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to drive sustainable product-led growth on its data pipeline platform. This data-driven role requires a cross-functional perspective, with a focus on experimentation, user empathy, and leveraging data to identify friction points and optimize product features. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of growth product management or equivalent data-driven growth role
- Hands-on analytical skillset with proficiency in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Heap, Hex, Sigma, SQL)
- Expertise in A/B testing and experimentation
- Proven success working across multiple products or surface areas
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
