People Partner

Join Five9 as a People Partner to oversee HR initiatives and support regional business leaders in Philippines. As a key component of the HR team, you will form effective relationships across the organization and make a significant impact in a fast-growing company.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ People teams experience in a related role
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and responsibilities in parallel
• Strong collaborator - Ability to collaborate and operate in a "one team" environment across all levels of the organization
• Partnering and influence - Present solutions in ways that are heard, understood and supported
• Communicate with clarity, conviction and confidence across regions/cultures, including upward when necessary
• Personal credibility - Consistently offer quality advice, counsel and insight
• Ability to build and maximize relationships, build trust, communicate effectively is required to analyze HR issues and provide information, direction and advice as described
• Good analytical skills, problem solving and decision-making skills are required to provide support as described
• Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
