Resident Services Director (OH)

The Resident Services Director manages healthcare operations within a community, ensuring residents' needs are met. This role involves planning, policy formulation, administrative decision making, resident care, resource management, and fiscal management. The position reports to the Community Management team and is a key member of the nursing services operations.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing or equivalent
• At least three years of supervisory experience in a nursing environment
• Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• State background check standards
• First aid training within 60 days of hire
