Job Description
Five Iron Golf is a premier indoor golf and entertainment company offering a seamless blend of golf and entertainment. The Server role focuses on guest engagement, menu recommendations, and overall satisfaction, driving sales while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere. It requires efficient food and beverage service, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to guest needs.
Requirements
- Follow Five Iron standards for guest engagement.
- Accurately take food and drink orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offerings.
- Monitor guests’ experience and address concerns.
- Ensure the golf simulators, tables, chairs, and surrounding areas are clean.
- Verify guests’ legal drinking age.
- Assist with closing duties.
