Requirements
- At least 1 year of successful sales leadership with full-cycle sales experience
- High-output individual who consistently hits or exceeds their own goals and loves competing
- Strong communicator and motivator who gives clear direction, holds people accountable, and lifts their team when it counts
- Disciplined and data-driven, using numbers to track progress, uncover opportunities, and guide decisions
- Fitness advocate who believes in what Fitness Connection does and shows it in how they lead and connect
- Tech-comfortable, quick to adapt to new systems and comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
