Fitch Learning | Senior Learning Partner, Director - Remote US

Fitch Learning is a leader in financial services training. We are looking for a Senior Learning Partner, Director to join our team. The role will be responsible for collaborating with our Client Relationship Sales team, managing client relationships, and providing consultative input. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in credit-related training, lending, or financial services consulting, with a proven track record of supporting enterprise sales cycles and customer success activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in credit-related training, lending, or financial services consulting
• Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles and customer success activities
• Experience with learning solution delivery (e.g., eLearning, blended learning, coaching) and familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and data-driven reporting
• Willingness to travel 5–10% for client meetings, events, and conferences
