Hardware Support Engineer - Advisor I

We are looking for a Hardware Support Engineer - Advisor I to play a critical role in designing, developing, testing and maintaining computer systems and other hardware used to issue credit & debit cards and billing statements for banking, insurance, retail, and utility companies worldwide.

Requirements

• Testing and configuration for Fiserv developed applications
• Creating test scripts for Fiserv developed applications
• Regression testing for Fiserv developed applications
• Assist in troubleshooting for Fiserv developed applications
• Liaison between the development team, production, Desktop Support and the TE team.
• Provide support and tracking for Security, Audit and Compliance issues directly related to the Fiserv developed team
• Change control for Fiserv developed applications
• Hardware testing for new development systems
• Provide support and documentation for DR plans and testing for Fiserv developed applications and hardware
• Scripting and development support for non-traditional application development
• Assist in data research related to production and Fiserv developed applications
• Manage incidents and assist with escalation related to Fiserv developed applications
• On-Call rotation for the development team
