Requirements
- Second-level support (incident management) for the technical operation of bank applications
- Maintenance of technical components and conducting technical analyses to resolve errors
- Self-responsible development of customer-specific extensions to existing products
- Participation in the development of the technical concept for implementation in cooperation with IT architects
- Support for interfaces to external systems
- IT Service Management under consideration of relevant service and process standards (ITIL)
- Participation in customer projects
- Implementation of additional paid on-call duties
