Branch Manager - Mission

The Branch Manager leads the branch team and is responsible for business development, operational integrity, member satisfaction, and staff performance.

Requirements

• Provide leadership and vision for the branch team
• Achieve branch goals related to deposits, loans, service levels, and member growth
• Coach and mentor staff; conduct performance evaluations and development plans
• Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Represent the credit union in the community and foster member relationships
• Oversee security, facilities, staffing, and budgeting for the branch
• Perform a full range of teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency
