This is a Bankruptcy Representative position for FirstBank Specialty Lending Manufactured Housing, responsible for handling bankruptcy-related legal processes. The role involves preparing and filing documents, communicating with attorneys and courts, and ensuring compliance with bankruptcy regulations. Emphasis on documenting actions within customer accounts and loan files.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Manufactured housing knowledge a plus
- Previous Bankruptcy experience
