Job Description
The Relationship Banker (Front Studios West Experience Center) serves as a frontline financial partner, offering personalized services to members in a fast-paced environment. They proactively address member needs, recommend products and services, and handle routine transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and a commitment to customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six (6) months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role
- Ability to listen to members’ needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Working knowledge of computer systems
