Job Description
The Assistant Manager of the Experience Center (XC) works closely with the Manager to oversee team operations, including cash management and audits. Responsibilities include maintaining systems, analyzing KPIs, and partnering with other departments to resolve member issues and ensure service level compliance. The role focuses on building strong relationships with members and developing team members.
