Operations Specialist

First Southern National Bank seeks an Operations Specialist to provide excellent customer service, reconcile accounts, and maintain knowledge of operational procedures. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or 2+ years of related banking or accounting experience.

Requirements

• Assist with reconciling and balancing general ledger accounts and other bank accounts.
• Communicate with customers and branches to process all debit card disputes.
• Maintain knowledge of all procedures associated with all functions in the Operations Department.
• Draft new and update existing procedures to streamline operational functions as needed.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving problems within the given authority.
• Comply with all laws and banking regulations, as applicable.
