Job Description
First Resonance is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of their software solutions by clients. The role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards maximizing value. The position is based in Los Angeles and El Segundo, CA.
Requirements
- Project manage onboarding for new clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactively engage with clients to drive product adoption.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal technical support.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewals.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients.
- Manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
