Job Description
First Quality is seeking an experienced Process Engineer for our facility in McElhattan, PA. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership on assigned lines, working closely with Production, Planning, QA, and Maintenance to meet daily production goals and priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in high-speed paper converting, web-based film/paper/non-woven fabric manufacturing operations, and other related fields
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office, Minitab, SAP, statistics, and design of experiments software
