Operations Shift Leader - B Shift

Responsible for supervising production and shift support team members to achieve quality and quantity of work. Ensures adherence to safety rules, regulations, and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of college courses preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience in supervision or other related field preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of all processes and equipment.
• Standard knowledge of forklift operation.
• Standard knowledge of instruments, control units, packaging machines, and scales.
• Advanced ability to communicate orally and written.
