Requirements

• Operate multiple machines within the production process
• Contribute to team tasks and goals
• Follow safety rules and use proper safety equipment
• Perform safety inspections and complete necessary paperwork
• Maintain quality standards and ensure proper raw materials are used
• Assist maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and training of other employees
• Fundamental knowledge of a computer or willingness to learn
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot process problems
• Ability to communicate orally and written
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
