Maintenance Lead

Leads maintenance efforts for the platform and drives improvement to machine health, directing and training maintenance technicians, and maintaining mechanical equipment and machinery.

Requirements

• Observes all safety rules and uses proper safety equipment
• Follows necessary GMP, FDA, and ISO regulations
• Troubleshoots and analyzes mechanical and operational issues
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area
• Coordinates preventive/predictive maintenance checks
• Shares knowledge and techniques with team members
• Assists with training and performance appraisals
• Completes paperwork correctly and submits in a timely fashion
• Shares on call responsibilities and provides coverage for vacations and absences
