The Retail Manager III is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving growth goals, and developing Financial Service Representatives. This is a producing position that requires the use of customer relationship management software and adherence to bank regulations.
Requirements
- Facilitates integrated delivery of financial services and products
- Manages the effective use of customer relationship management software
- Ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and quality standards are met
- Participates in and enforces all aspects of branch security
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations
- Keeps up to date on regulation changes and completes required training
- Learns, demonstrates, and fosters the First Interstate Bank's corporate culture
- Ensures positive community relations in the branch market area
- Manages and fosters growth in the top 25 customer relationships of the branch
