Commercial Banking Representative I

The Commercial Banking Representative I functions as a primary contact for commercial banking clients with basic loan portfolios and assists Commercial Relationship Managers with servicing those clients. The role involves handling day-to-day client calls, client transactions, and client problem resolution, as well as preparing and reviewing client account documents, and assisting in obtaining necessary information for loan applications.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of credit products, bank systems and commercial lending.
• Exhibits a general understanding of applicable federal regulations, credit policy and bank policies and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication.
• Problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and related software packages.
