SBA Servicing Specialist I - General Servicing

As the Small Business Administration (SBA) Servicing Specialist I – General Servicing, you will work with system-related functions required to support the Small Business Lending departments servicing and processing operations.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in banking or financial services operations required
• A minimum of one year of experience in commercial/SBA lending preferred
• Working knowledge of PCFS – Loan Manager and nCino, preferred
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and terms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to use and navigate databases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to complete work in a timely, efficient manner with impeccable accuracy
• Ability to master new skills and tasks quickly
