Job Description
Project Manager, Corporate Events job at FIRST, a leading global brand experience agency. Responsibilities include managing project plans, collateral, registration, transportation, hotel accommodations, entertainment, food and beverage, audio/visual needs, webcasts, staging, speaker coordination, and event execution. Onsite events require travel domestically or abroad.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years' event management experience
- Experience in events, conferences, meeting and production management
- Leadership/influencing/negotiation and decision-making skills
- Virtual event experience preferred - Webex and Zoom experience a plus
- Customer focus, approachable; ability to adjust to client needs and style and deepen relationships in support of their programs
