Job Description
Become a Mortgage Loan Originator at First Financial Bank and originate mortgage loans sourced through referral partners, retail banking branches, and internal departments. Develop business plans for growth and network with local organizations and businesses to generate mortgage leads.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience originating residential mortgages
- Existing referral network established to provide mortgage leads
- Prior experience using loan originating software and MS Office products
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Mortgage Loan Originator License with NMLS
- Training in all areas of mortgage lending
