Consumer Banker I (College Hill)

Become a Consumer Banker I at First Financial Bank and work with existing clients to deepen relationships and prospect for new clients. The role involves performing necessary functions to open accounts, running a Teller drawer, and supporting client engagement through active calling and follow-up.

Requirements

• 2-3 years client service experience in a retail environment
• 2-3 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
• Associate’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in sales is preferred
• Possesses strong sales skills
