Customer Success Data Analyst

First Circle is hiring a results-driven and analytical Data Analyst to support their Customer Success Team. The role involves extracting actionable insights from data, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and implementing impactful programs that enhance both internal workflows and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, business analysis, customer success, or a similar role
• Comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights
• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
